Scott Walker Statement on Wisconsin Race to the Top Failure

Wauwatosa – Scott Walker, Milwaukee County executive and candidate for governor, today released the following statement on Wisconsin being cut from the Race to the Top competition.

“Missing out on another round of Race to the Top funds is yet another example of poor management and dismal results by Gov Doyle.  As governor, I’ll enact higher standards and give teachers and administrators more flexibility to find innovative ways to ensure every child has the best education possible.”
